  • Business-to-business manufacturing solutions

  • 3D scanning and reverse engineering services

3. Service Specifications

3.1 Custom Design Services

  • Base service includes up to 2 design revisions

  • Additional revisions will incur extra charges

  • Final designs delivered in agreed-upon file formats

  • Design timeline: typically 4-5 business days

3.2 3D Printing Services

  • Materials available: PLA, ABS, PETG, nylon, and specialty filaments

  • Maximum print sizes vary by printer specifications

  • Standard turnaround: 4-5 business days

  • Rush orders available for additional fees

3.3 File Requirements

  • We accept STL files and other standard 3D formats

  • Files must be print-ready or design services will be required

  • Customer responsible for file accuracy and printability

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Orders

  • All orders subject to our acceptance

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason

  • Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Terms

4.2 Pricing and Payment

  • Consumer Orders: Payment due upon order placement

  • B2B Clients: Net-40 payment terms for established clients

  • All prices in USD and subject to change without notice

4.3 Deposits

  • Custom design projects require 50% deposit before work begins

  • Large printing orders may require deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Customer IP

  • Customers retain ownership of their original designs and concepts

  • Customers grant us license to use designs solely for fulfilling orders

  • We will not reproduce customer designs for other parties without permission

5.2 Our IP

  • Our original designs, processes, and methodologies remain our property

  • Customers receive usage rights for commissioned work only

  • No reverse engineering of our proprietary techniques permitted

5.3 Third-Party IP

  • Customers warrant they own or have rights to all submitted designs

  • Customers indemnify us against IP infringement claims

  • We reserve right to refuse orders that may infringe third-party rights

6. Quality and Warranties

6.1 Quality Standards

  • All products manufactured to agreed specifications

  • Prototype testing and inspection performed before delivery

  • Hand finishing and quality control as specified

6.2 Limited Warranty

  • We warrant products free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only

  • Does not cover normal wear, misuse, or design limitations

6.3 Warranty Claims

  • Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Defective products must be returned for inspection

  • Our sole obligation is repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion

7. Delivery and Risk of Loss
7.1 Delivery

  • Standard delivery: 4-5 business days after order acceptance

  • Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees

  • Customer responsible for providing accurate delivery information

7.2 Shipping

  • Shipping costs additional unless otherwise specified

  • Risk of loss transfers to customer upon shipment

  • Customer responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt

7.3 Delays

  • We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control

  • Force majeure events include natural disasters, supplier issues, equipment failure

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1 Custom Products

  • Custom-designed and printed products are generally non-returnable

  • Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects or our errors

  • Customer pays return shipping unless product is defective

8.2 Refund Policy

  • Refunds issued within 5-10 business days of approved return

  • Refunds processed to original payment method

  • Shipping costs non-refundable unless we caused the error

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Liability Cap

  • Our total liability limited to the amount paid for the specific order

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • This includes lost profits, business interruption, or data loss

9.2 Product Use

  • Customers responsible for determining product suitability for intended use

  • We make no warranties regarding fitness for particular purposes

  • Customers assume all risks related to product use

10. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

  • Customer's use of our products or services

  • Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights

  • Customer's violation of these Terms

  • Customer's negligent or wrongful acts

11. Confidentiality

11.1 Customer Information

  • We maintain confidentiality of customer designs and business information

  • Information used solely for order fulfillment and business operations

  • Non-disclosure agreements available for sensitive projects

11.2 Our Information

  • Customers agree not to disclose our proprietary processes or techniques

  • This obligation survives termination of business relationship

12. Termination

12.1 Termination Rights

  • Either party may terminate ongoing projects with written notice

  • We may suspend services for non-payment or Terms violations

  • Termination does not affect completed transactions

12.2 Effect of Termination

  • Customer pays for all work completed prior to termination

  • Both parties' confidentiality obligations survive termination

  • Applicable warranty terms remain in effect

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

  • These Terms governed by Wisconsin state law

  • Disputes subject to Wisconsin courts' jurisdiction

13.2 Resolution Process

  • Good faith negotiation required before formal proceedings

  • Mediation preferred for dispute resolution

  • Customer responsible for reasonable attorney fees if we prevail

14. General Provisions

  • These Terms constitute the complete agreement between parties
