Refund Policy
Custom Design Services
Digital Design Files: All sales of custom 3D design files are final. Since these are digital products created specifically for your project, refunds are not available once the final design is delivered and approved.
Design Revisions: Two (2) design revisions are included in our base service. Additional revisions beyond this are subject to extra charges and are non-refundable once completed.
3D Printed Products
Consumer Orders (Standard Products)

30-Day Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund

Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item was defective or incorrectly produced

Processing Time: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
Custom 3D Printed Orders

Quality Guarantee: If your custom printed item doesn't meet the agreed specifications or has manufacturing defects, we'll remake it at no charge

No Returns on Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom 3D printed products, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or doesn't match specifications

Approval Process: Customer approval of design files constitutes acceptance of final specifications
B2B/Manufacturing Orders
Quality Assurance: All products undergo thorough testing and inspection before shipment. If items don't meet agreed manufacturing specifications, we'll replace them at no charge.
Prototype Orders: Prototypes are considered final sale once delivered, as they're created to your exact specifications for testing purposes.
Bulk Orders: Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects or specification deviations. Customer must notify us within 10 business days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellation fees may apply based on work completed.
